To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pbc 88 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any nature suffered by you in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any loss of data, account information, or account balance arising from a technical failure or security incident outside the reasonable control of pbc 88;
• Any financial losses resulting from your participation in games or betting markets on the Platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any inaccuracy or error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balance information resulting from a technical malfunction.

Where pbc 88 is found to be liable to you in connection with your use of the Platform notwithstanding the exclusions above, the total aggregate liability of pbc 88 shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as excluding or limiting any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of pbc 88 or its authorised representatives.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and pbc 88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties of any kind relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
